Woman to Mother is a postpartum planning and doula service in the Cardinia Shire region, which is aimed at creating a wrap around service to mothers during their postpartum period.

We offer personalized care and support in your prenatal and postpartum period to create an environment that ensures you have adequate time to rest, recover, and spend time focusing on and connecting with your baby post birth.

Additionally, we offer postpartum coaching, which is aimed at supporting women in the major life transition that is evolving from woman to mother, as well as reigniting their flame post-birth, or rediscovering a new version of themselves, as “mother”.

We take traditional customs of creating a communal support environment for the mother, by drawing on her existing strengths, resources and support networks, while also adding supports to ensure your transitions from Woman to Mother is filled with peace, connection, and joy.
